Thank you so much for being part of our First Drop!
This is a preorder item, and shipping will begin in the 4th week of December.
By placing an order, you’re reserving a product from this batch, which will be carefully packed and sent to you as soon as it arrives and is ready to go.

Free Shipping (U.S. Orders)

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $70 or more.

Processing & Delivery

Once shipping officially begins:

Order Processing & Delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery Days: Monday–Saturday (excluding holidays)

Since our products are food items, we always do our best to deliver them to you as quickly and safely as possible 💛
If anything changes along the way, we’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way!

Holiday Season & Possible Delays

Because this is our very first drop and it falls during the holiday season, there may be delays due to customs, weather, or carrier demand.

We also believe this drop may sell out very quickly due to the holidays, so if you have your eye on something, we recommend ordering soon 💛
We’re bringing in very limited quantities, as these are specialty products made in small batches — once they’re gone, they’re gone!

If your package takes a little longer than expected, we genuinely appreciate your patience and support — it means everything to us 💛

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an address is entered incorrectly and causes a delay, return, or lost package, we may not be able to take full responsibility — but please know we’ll always do our very best to help you every step of the way 💛
We’re also working on adding live support soon to make your experience even smoother!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

A few helpful notes:

Tracking numbers are typically 13 characters long (starting and ending with a letter)

Please use the tracking number only when checking shipment status (not your order number)

If you don’t receive tracking within 2 days of shipment, just reach out — we’re always happy to help 💛

Our Promise to You

Your happiness means so much to us!

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost.

Since our items are perishable food products, we can’t accept returns once delivered or opened — unless the item arrives damaged.

First Drop Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that plans can change!

You may cancel your order anytime before December 15.

After December 15, we won’t be able to process cancellations or refunds, as production and import preparation will already be underway.

This batch is sourced in very limited quantities and made with care, so we truly appreciate your love, patience, and support for small-batch goods 💛

Important Notes

Free or promotional items are not eligible for refunds

If a free item arrives damaged or is missing, just let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you
