Tried Byadgi products loved them, especially the Kashmiri chilli powder is giving beautiful red color to the curries, jeera and dhanya powder has very good aroma. All the products are worth using both taste n price wise.

I’ve realized I don’t like strong spices as much as I like clean ones and that’s exactly where Byadgi stands out. Their spices are incredibly aromatic, nothing hits your throat harshly, or there is no after taste.
I cooked Ennegayi with the byadgi chilli powder as I did not have the whole spice, and the taste turned to be really good. I was skeptical in the beginning but it did come out well. So next time if I don’t have the whole spice, I’ll still go ahead to use the powder form. And used the black pepper for Khara Pongal on Sankrathi and that dish came out well too.
