I made Chicken Pepper Dry and Donne Biryani using Byadgi’s Spices - it was truly amazing and tasted great. The flavors were bold, authentic, and full of that real Indian taste. Made Red Kurma using the Byadgi spices and it turned out amazing!! My kurma turned out bright and at the same time not too spicy. Just like restaurant style kurma. Could feel the difference from my regular kurma that I used to make. The other spices enhanced the taste..so fresh, pure and natural. Also impressed with the packaging especially with the convenient ziploc seal. Go for it!

Made this amazing mushroom pepper fry using byadgi masalas and we were awestruck seeing the outcome. The taste was exactly like the one at restaurant. The coriander powder was nutty and flavorful while the red chilli powder was vibrant. The chilli flakes were crispy while the turmeric powder was absolutely aromatic. Too good.
