I really enjoyed cooking with these spices! The aroma was amazing as soon as I opened the pack, and they added so much flavor to my dish. The best part is they come in ziplock which seals the freshness. You can definitely taste the freshness and quality. I'll definitely be using them more in my recipes!
The aroma in every package reminds me of home. Great taste, and a relief that they are putting effort into lab testing the spices. Kudos!

The spice powders were fantastic and tasted very authentic! Ordering was also a very smooth process.
I recently tried Bayadgi Spices, and I genuinely loved the natural aroma and authentic flavor they bring to my Indian dishes. I used their black pepper in dal, red chili and coriander powder in my sabzi, along with turmeric and cloves in everyday cooking, and the difference was noticeable. The aroma fills the kitchen beautifully, and the taste feels pure, fresh, and perfectly balanced not artificial or overpowering. It truly adds that homely, traditional flavor that makes simple my Indian food feel special abroad

Really High Quality products Bydagi spices enhance the taste of every dish so much. I would definitely recommend them to all of you as well!
Tried Byadgi products loved them, especially the Kashmiri chilli powder is giving beautiful red color to the curries, jeera and dhanya powder has very good aroma. All the products are worth using both taste n price wise.
Byadgi spices elevated my recent supper club theme “chatpata” to the next level. Their spices are sourced and ground in small batches clearly making this a market differenciator. Byadgi is my first choice when it comes to spices.
“Byadgi spices have a rich aroma and perfectly balanced flavour. Great for everyday cooking.” Loved the spices. ❤️
I’ve realized I don’t like strong spices as much as I like clean ones and that’s exactly where Byadgi stands out. Their spices are incredibly aromatic, nothing hits your throat harshly, or there is no after taste.
I cooked Ennegayi with the byadgi chilli powder as I did not have the whole spice, and the taste turned to be really good. I was skeptical in the beginning but it did come out well. So next time if I don’t have the whole spice, I’ll still go ahead to use the powder form. And used the black pepper for Khara Pongal on Sankrathi and that dish came out well too.
Love the spices from Byadgi, The color the aroma and the flavor is so fresh that you can smell it as soon as you open the packet. These spices give the dish a whole new level of flavor and color. Its a must have for any kitchen. Love it.
