I would rate these products higher than the highest. Absolutely a pleasure cook a meal using these finest organic spices from India. The color and the aroma it brings to the curry or rice items is gorgeous. I am a big fan of these products. I hope people will get to use it and get the same pleasure as I do.

I’ve realized I don’t like strong spices as much as I like clean ones and that’s exactly where Byadgi stands out. Their spices are incredibly aromatic, nothing hits your throat harshly, or there is no after taste.
I cooked Ennegayi with the byadgi chilli powder as I did not have the whole spice, and the taste turned to be really good. I was skeptical in the beginning but it did come out well. So next time if I don’t have the whole spice, I’ll still go ahead to use the powder form. And used the black pepper for Khara Pongal on Sankrathi and that dish came out well too.

I think that chili powder is the key ingredient in most dishes, so I've used a lot of regular American chili powders over the years, and these are honestly nothing like them.
With most grocery store chili powders, you can usually tell there’s added dye. You see it on the ingredient list, but you can also tell just by the smell, the look, and how it cooks. The color always feels a little off, and when I use it on chicken it burns really fast and loses flavor.
The Byadgi Chili Powder, Kashmiri Chili Powder, and Red Chili Powder were completely different. As soon as I opened them, I couldn’t get over the color. It was so vibrant and rich, I’d genuinely never seen chili powder look like that before. The smell alone was way deeper and fresher than what I’m used to.
I cooked chicken with these and made another batch with regular chili powder to compare, and the difference was crazy. Everything stood out, the color while cooking, the aroma, and especially the taste. These didn’t burn right away and the flavor actually came through instead of disappearing and burning.
I even showed them to my mom, who’s used to traditional Arabic spices, and she was shocked by how authentic they were. I ended up gifting her one and she was so happy and said she’d never seen anything like it before.
If you think chili powder is all the same, these will definitely change your mind. I’d recommend them to anyone who cooks at home and actually cares about flavor!
