What does BLQ mean?
BLQ stands for "Below Limit of Quantification." It means the substance was tested for but the amount found was so low it could not be measured — effectively zero. All 85+ pesticides and all 5 mycotoxins came back BLQ across every single product.
Why do we publish our lab reports?
Most spice brands don't share their lab data — because they don't test, or they don't want you to see the results. We believe you deserve to know exactly what's in your food. Every batch, every product, every time. If we wouldn't feed it to our own family, we won't sell it to yours.
About the lab reports
Our spices are tested by an independent, accredited third-party laboratory in India. The reports reference our manufacturing facility name (used for lab registration purposes). The brand, the sourcing, the quality control, and the product you receive is From Byadgi — the Hadimani family, 40 years in the spice trade.
